Who we are

House of Aisha is an interior architecture and design studio based in London, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us about it at contact@houseofaisha.design.

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-ups: your first name, last name and email address, together with the date and time you subscribed and the wording of the statement you agreed to.
• Enquiries: the nature of your enquiry, your name, your email address and your message. These are sent to the studio by email; this website does not keep a copy.
• Preventing misuse: when a form is sent, we briefly record your network (IP) address — for IPv6 addresses, only the network part — and the time, so that repeated submissions can be limited.

How we use it

• Newsletter: to send you occasional emails from House of Aisha. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Enquiries: to reply to you and to discuss a possible project, because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to the enquiries we receive.
• Preventing misuse: to protect our forms from spam and abuse, which is also in our legitimate interests.

How long we keep it

• Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Enquiries: only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows.
• Network address records: deleted automatically once they are more than 24 hours old.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is handled on our behalf by the companies that host this website and deliver our email, and only for the purposes described here.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time. To unsubscribe or make any of these requests, email contact@houseofaisha.design.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and similar storage

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you pause the background video on the home page, your browser remembers that choice on your device.
